Major Thomas J. Majors

Major Thomas J. Majors served in the First Nebraska Cavalry. He was influential in the establishment of the Normal School at Peru, Nebraska, served as Lieutenant Governor of Nebraska, 1891-1895, and as U. S. Congressman, 1878-1879.
