4th Battalion, Virginia Reserves


HISTORICAL NOTES:

The 4th Battalion, Viginia Reserves was organized with four companies during August, 1864. Many of its members were captured around Appomattox. FIELD OFFICERS: Major D.E. Godwin BATTLES: The Petersburg Siege
