Historical Notes:
The Tennessee 6th Infantry Regiment was organized at Boston and Williamsburg, Ky., April 18, 1862. They lost during service 1 Officer and 43 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 157 Enlisted men by disease, Total 201.
