The 1st Regiment, Tennessee Cavalry (Union) was organized at Camp Dennison, Ohio, November, 1862, from the 4th Tennessee Infantry. The regiment lost during service 4 Officers and 56 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 3 Officers and 293 Enlisted men by disease. Total 356. Officers:
