Hagood, James Robert (born November 15, 1844) - appointed from Adjutant, January 2, 1863; reported on muster roll of April 30, 1863, as present, but on extra duty on Examining Committee since March 20, 1863; reported on muster roll of June 30, 1863, as present, but detailed on Court Martial since June 26, 1863; reported on muster roll of August 31, 1863, as present, but on detached service since August 12, 1863; appointed Colonel, November 16, 1863.
Mack, William B. - promoted from 1st Lieutenant, November 16, 1863; not reported on muster roll of August 31, 1864, as present; reported on muster roll of October 31, 1864, as having been wounded and sent to hospital, September 30, 1864; reported on muster roll of December 31, 1864, as present; on last available muster roll (February 28, 1865) as present.
Phillips, J. H. - promoted from 2nd Lieutenant, August 30, 1862; died September 11, 1862, of wound received at Second Manassas, August 30, 1862.
Fanning, James H. - promoted from 2nd Lieutenant, September 11, 1862; died near Fredericksburg, Va., December 18, 1862.
Mack, William B. - promoted from 2nd Lieutenant, December 20, 1862; promoted to Captain, November 16, 1863.
Inabnit, James V. - promoted from 2nd Lieutenant, November 16, 1863; reported on muster roll of June 30, 1864, as having been wounded and sent to hospital, June 24, 1864; died of his wound, August 5, 1864.
Mack, B. A. - promoted from 2nd Lieutenant, August 5, 1864; reported on muster roll of August 31, 1864, as on detached service, to arrest deserters, in South Carolina, since February 25, 1864; reported on muster roll of October 31, 1864, as present, but sick in quarters; retired, by order of the Secretary of War, November or December 13, 1864. (The month is obliterated.)
Pooser, G.H. - promoted from 2nd Lieutenant, January 13, 1865; reported on muster roll of February 28, 1865, as absent without leave since February 25, 1865.
The men listed below were all present at the Appomattox surrender.
