Company "B" attached to Dix's Command, Baltimore, Md., Middle Department, to July, 1862. Unattached, 8th Army Corps, Maryland and Delaware, to January, 1863. Annapolis, Md., to May, 1864. 2nd Brigade, 2nd Division, 5th Army Corps, Army of the Potomac, to October, 1864.
Company "C" attached to Defences of Baltimore, Md., 8th Corps, Middle Department, to January, 1863. 1st Separate Brigade, 8th Army Corps, to June, 1863. 3rd Separate Brigade, 8th Army Corps, to July, 1863. District of Delaware, Middle Department, to May, 1864. 2nd Brigade, 2nd Division, 5th Army Corps, Army of the Potomac, to October, 1864.
Legion lost while in service 7 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 24 Enlisted men by disease. Total 31.
