    First organized at Pendleton, Ohio, for three months April and May, 1861, but not recognized by Kentucky till June, when reorganized for three years.

    Regiment lost during service 60 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 1 Officer and 82 Enlisted men by disease. Total 143.
