    The Kentucky 15th Infantry Regiment was organized at New Haven, Ky., December 14, 1861.

    The regiment lost during service 9 Officers and 128 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 1 Officer and 113 Enlisted men by disease. Total 251.
