HISTORICAL NOTES:

    The Kentucky 14th Infantry Regiment was organized at Camp Wallace, Lawrence County, Ky., December 10, 1861.

    The regiment lost during service 5 Officers and 49 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 5 Officers and 142 Enlisted men by disease. Total 201.
