    Aattack on Lebanon, Ky., July 3, 1863. Battery captured. Reorganized at Louisville, Ky., September 10, 1863.

    Battery lost during service 4 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 16 Enlisted men by disease. Total 20.
