New Hampshire 5th Infantry Regiment


HISTORICAL NOTES:
The 5th Regiment, New Hampshire Infantry was organized at Concord and mustered in on October 22, 1861. The length of service was for 3 years and 9 months. They were discharged the 8th of July, 1865 and mustered out on the 28th. BATTLES:
